Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Tonda Iblea, Moresca, Biancolilla

This extra virgin olive oil is crafted from a blend of Tonda Iblea, Moresca, Biancolilla, and other native cultivars from the Iblei region. The olives are meticulously hand-harvested in October and November, carefully transported in bins to the estate’s milling facility, and pressed on the same day to preserve their freshness and quality.

The oil is then stored in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks under a nitrogen seal, allowing it to naturally decant for approximately 40 days. Unfiltered, it is then bottled and prepared for sale, ensuring its full-bodied flavor and authenticity.
