Azienda Agricola Bio Carpino
Founded in 1971 with the acquisition of the Chiappa estate, Azienda Agricola Bio Carpino spans over 100 hectares, home to 2,500 ancient olive trees cultivated organically to produce exceptional EVOO.
Nestled in the Iblei Mountains at 450–500 meters, the estate thrives on rich clay soils, specializing in olive cultivation, cereal farming, and livestock.
Its groves, located in the DOP Monti Iblei region near Palazzolo Acreide—a UNESCO World Heritage city—are exclusively dedicated to the Tonda Iblea variety, ensuring the highest quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Principe Primo
Before memory serves, the feeling has remained unchanged—summers filled with golden light, cicadas singing, and a deep connection to the land. It was the Principe. It was home.
In 2010, Elio and Laura turned that legacy into a vision, cultivating an olive grove by the sea in Marina di Ragusa, Sicily. A decade later, it bore its first fruits.
At Principe Primo, family and quality go hand in hand. With love and dedication, they craft exceptional EVOO while respecting nature. Near-organic practices, minimal pesticides, renewable energy, and sustainable packaging ensure an oil that is pure, healthy, and kind to the earth.

A Tradition of Excellence in South Italian EVOO
Cooperativa del Frantoio Sociale
The oil from the Cooperativa del Frantoio Sociale is crafted exclusively from olives grown in the hills of Conversano, Puglia. With a deep passion for the land, the cooperative’s members carefully cultivate local varieties such as Cima di Mola, Olivastro, Simone, Cima di Melfi, Leccino, and Coratina.
After a meticulous selection process, the olives are cold-pressed using traditional methods, preserving the oil’s authentic flavors and natural qualities. The result is a slightly fruity, green-colored oil with a smooth, well-balanced taste—mildly peppery with a subtle bitterness, highly appreciated for its harmonious flavor profile.
Packaged in 5-liter tins, the oil is sold directly throughout Europe and is also available for mail-order.

Tenuta Chiaramonte
Deeply rooted in Sicily’s ancient olive oil tradition, Tenuta Chiaramonte unites heritage, passion, and innovation. Nestled in the sun-drenched countryside of Ragusa, among rolling hills, UNESCO-listed dry-stone walls, and expansive olive groves, the estate produces exceptional organic extra virgin olive oils, including two DOP and one IGP variety. Crafted in a state-of-the-art mill, these award-winning oils are celebrated for their rich flavors and outstanding quality. Each bottle is adorned with artistic labels inspired by Ragusa’s Baroque mascheroni, while the collection also features tins and specialty packaging to suit diverse consumer needs.

Since 1997, Giuseppe Rosso Conserve di Sicilia has crafted preserves and ready-made sauces, blending experience, innovation, and the rich culinary heritage of Ragusa and southeastern Sicily. Rooted in the ancient Stato di Noto and Contea di Modica, this tradition continues today, bringing authentic flavors to Italy and Europe’s finest culinary markets.
Sourcing the best local ingredients—many from our own fields—we uphold a true farm-to-table approach. This commitment to quality has earned us the trust of Fior fiore Coop, Sapori & Dintorni Conad, and other prestigious national and international brands.
Beyond exceptional products, we celebrate Sicily’s identity through Rosso di Sicilia, a brand inspired by master carrettieri of Ragusa, whose artwork also influenced a renowned Italian fashion house. Merging flavor, artistry, and tradition, we bring Sicily’s vibrant culture to tables worldwide.
