🌿 Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Monocultivar “Tonda Iblea”
Crafted exclusively from the prized Tonda Iblea olive variety, this extra virgin olive oil is certified High Quality by Agroqualità through Assaprol.
Hand-harvested in October and November, the olives are carefully transported in bins to the estate mill and pressed the very same day to preserve their freshness and aroma.
The oil is stored in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures under a protective nitrogen blanket, allowing it to naturally decant for about 40 days. Without filtration, it is then bottled to retain its authentic character and integrity.
The result is a premium extra virgin olive oil that embodies tradition, craftsmanship, and the distinctive flavor profile of Sicily’s Tonda Iblea cultivar.
