EVOO By Cooperativa Del Frantoio Sociale
From the sun-kissed hills of Conversano comes the exceptional Extra Virgin Olive Oil by Cooperativa del Frantoio Sociale, a testament to the fine art of olive oil production since 1962. This premium oil is crafted exclusively from local olive varieties such as Cima di Mola, Olivastro, Simone, Cima di Melfi, Leccino, and Coratina, each contributing to its distinct profile. The olives, handpicked with care and expertise, are traditionally milled to preserve the oil's authentic flavor and organoleptic qualities. This meticulous process yields an oil that is lightly fruity with a vibrant green hue, a well-rounded taste, a gentle hint of spice, and a subtle bitter touch. Its harmonious balance makes it a favorite among connoisseurs and chefs alike. Packaged thoughtfully in 5-liter tins to maintain its freshness and quality, this Extra Virgin Olive Oil is now available in the UAE, brought to you exclusively by NIVITALY. It's not just an ingredient; it's a journey through the heart of Puglia's olive groves, delivering a slice of Italian culinary excellence to your doorstep.
